Contractor terms
Version 2026-10-30. Draft for legal review.
Who this is between
These terms are between your business and 1001525911 Ontario Inc. (282 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto, ON M4R 1B2), which operates Curbhue. They apply when you subscribe through our payment link or otherwise ask us to set up the visualizer for your business. Homeowners who use the visualizer agree to our separate Terms of use and Privacy Policy.
What you get
- The Curbhue visualizer on your website, with your logo, colors and the services you choose, through a short code snippet we send you.
- Homeowner quote requests from your visualizer, sent to the email address (or system) you give us, with the homeowner's design attached.
- Up to 300 designs a month. If you need more, we agree on an add-on with you before anything extra is charged.
- Setup and reasonable changes to your colors, logo, services or lead email at no extra cost.
Price and billing
- First month: $99 CAD, including setup. Then $149 CAD a month, billed monthly by Stripe starting 30 days after your first payment.
- HST (or the tax that applies to your province) is added to every charge.
- The $149 monthly price is locked for 12 months from your first payment. After that we may change it with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Money-back first month
If the visualizer is not useful to you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund the $99 first-month charge in full and cancel your plan. No questions asked.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your billing portal or by emailing hello@curbhue.com. Cancelling stops future charges; the visualizer stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After the first month, payments already made are not refunded. When the plan ends, remove the snippet from your website and we switch your visualizer off.
Leads belong to you
- Quote requests from your visualizer are your leads. We never sell them, share them with another contractor or use them to market to the homeowner ourselves.
- We keep a copy of each lead and the homeowner's consent record, as the law requires, and delete them on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
- Homeowners on curbhue.com itself (not your website) are separate. We may offer those to you or to another contractor, with the homeowner's consent.
Your responsibilities
- Give us your accurate legal business name, mailing address and contact details. They appear in the consent wording homeowners agree to, which Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) requires.
- Contact homeowners only about the quote they asked for, by the channels they agreed to, and stop when they ask you to stop.
- Tell homeowners that designs are AI-generated approximations, not a promise of the finished result. Confirm colors and materials with real samples and a written quote.
- Only use the visualizer on websites you own or control.
Your logo and our software
You keep all rights to your logo and brand; you let us use them only to show your visualizer. We keep all rights to the Curbhue software, designs and catalog. The snippet includes a small "Visualizer by Curbhue" credit line. Please keep it on your page; removing it is included in the Pro plan.
Service and limits
- We work to keep the visualizer available and fix problems quickly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a number of leads.
- Designs are made by AI and can contain errors. We are not responsible for decisions or quotes based on them.
- Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
- We may suspend a visualizer that is used to break the law or abuse the service, and will tell you why.
Changes and law
We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email; the version that applies is the one shown here when a charge is made. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
