Contractor questions
Why do I only receive some of the people who download?
Canadian anti-spam and privacy law (CASL and PIPEDA) lets us pass a homeowner to you only when they tick a box asking you to contact them. Everyone else still downloads a design with your brand on the page, and you see how many did in your monthly report.
Who owns the leads?
You do. Leads that ask for a quote go straight to your CRM and are yours to keep. We keep a copy only as proof of consent and for billing.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Anything that accepts a webhook. We set up Jobber for you with a ready-made n8n workflow that creates the client, the request and a note with the design. HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and email work the same way.
Can homeowners see my exact products?
You choose which categories appear, and which materials and colors. For specific product lines, we add your manufacturers' color codes so homeowners pick from what you actually install.
What if a design changes the house?
Every design is checked automatically against the original photo. If windows, doors or the roofline moved, that version is thrown away and redone before the homeowner sees it.
Is there a contract?
Pilot plans are month to month. Setup is included.
