Agreement

These terms are between you and NexusOps (Toronto, Ontario, Canada), which operates Curbhue. You accept them by ticking the Terms box in the form. You can use the visualizer to see designs without an account.

What the service is

Curbhue creates AI-generated previews of your house with different exterior materials and colors. It is free and puts you under no obligation.

Designs are approximations, not quotes

Designs are made by AI. They can contain errors in color, texture, scale or detail, and colors look different on different screens and in different daylight. A design is not a quote, a measurement, an engineering drawing or a promise that a product will look a certain way. Always confirm with physical samples and a written quote from a contractor.

Your photos

• You confirm you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it shows a property you own or are authorised to plan work on.
• Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes someone else's rights. Avoid capturing people.
• You keep your rights to your photo. You give us a limited licence to store and process it, and to share it with a contractor if you ask us to, only to provide the service.
• You may use your designs for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as planning a project and sharing it with contractors, family and friends.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, automate requests, try to get around rate limits or the safety checks, upload photos of other people's homes without permission, or use the service to harass anyone. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Contractors

Contractors you choose to hear from are independent businesses. We are not a party to any agreement you make with them and are not responsible for their quotes, work or conduct.

Third-party AI providers

Designs are produced by third-party AI models. Their usage policies apply to the content we send them, and we may refuse requests those policies do not allow.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made from a design. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived, including Ontario and Quebec consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
